Robert H. Walker

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Walker was elected Chairman of the Board in April 2011 after serving as a member of our Board of Directors since 1984. Mr. Walker has served as Chairman of TIC s Audit Committee since 2005 and is a member of the Board s Compensation Committee. Prior to his retirement in 1998, Mr. Walker had served as Executive Vice president of Robotic Vision Systems, Inc., which designed, manufactured, and marketed sophisticated machine vision-based products and systems for inspection, measurement and identification for use in the auto semiconductor and other manufacturing industries. Mr. Walker also served as CFO of that Company, whose shares were listed on the NASDAQ National Market. Mr. Walker has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Management Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Jeff C. O Hara

President and CEO

Mr. O Hara joined the company in 2005 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in December 2010 after serving as President and COO for the prior three years. Mr. O Hara has been a shareholder and TIC Board member since 1995 and chaired the Audit Committee until 2005. In his 28 year career, Mr. O Hara has held senior management and Board positions in both public and private companies including: General Motors; a $500 million privately held company in Chicago; and a venture capital backed start-up. Mr. O Hara has broad experience in financial, marketing, and operational areas and has previously held positions as both CFO and President and has Board of Director experience at both private and public companies. Mr. O Hara, who is a CPA, graduated with a B.A. from Boston College and has an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.

Joseph P. Macaluso

Principal Accounting Officer

Mr. Macaluso joined the Company in 1999 as Director of Finance and Administration and also serves as the Company s Principal Accounting Officer. He oversees the financial affairs of the Company as well as being responsible for Human Resources, Employee Benefits and Risk Management. Mr. Macaluso is a seasoned financial executive who has held various senior level positions in both the aerospace and medical device industries. Mr. Macaluso has strong financial skills and administrative experience as well as substantial experience in internal control and public company reporting requirements. Mr. Macaluso has a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University.
